That cake above was AWESOME! And the circumstances after which that we ate it were active…just a note: treats and dessert should not be a part of every meal of every day, and maybe not every day if you’re health isn’t where you want it. Just a thought!
Today we start with our four-round circuit. We’ll work pull ups, thrusters, Dball slams and begin some bike/row sprints.
Next, we’ll team up for a barbell complex – working grip strength, balance, posterior chain, front rack mobility and overhead strength/range of motion. A lot can happen in 3 rounds!
Finally, some balance, but with a new twist.
