Whew! It’s over….The Open is over and we’re getting back some normalcy with our schedules around here.

 

This Monday brings us a fun day of our typical four-rounder – battling ropes, overhead work, core work, and higher repetition hang cleans… which for us is balance work.  (Say what?!)

After that, a new drill working on or toward (repeat “working ON” or “working TOWARD”) bear crawls and burpees. We have excellent movement progressions to get you stronger – it’s a good day to be at the box!

Finally – a little cardio cash out….Solid Monday, folks!
