Metcon Day! Everybody’s (choke) favorite!

Today we start with a “for time” couplet – two movements meant to increase your heart rate and challenge you at higher reps: kettle bell swings and squats. This will take a little out of us in the beginning….we’ll rest from that and hit some core to further let our heart rates lower.

Next, with a partner, we’ll work an EMOM of hang power cleans.

After that, continuing the HPC, we’ll keep going in the same style of workout with less time each segment (every :45 and every :30 sec vs. every minute) with HPC’s decreasing.

Finally, we’ll cash out with some bodybuilding.
