After a light dumbbell workout, we’ll start with a Cindy-like team AMRAP…we’re calling it Cindy with Balls, but as a team…so it’s a loose variation of Cindy. Nothing like starting the weekend with a Benchmark Girl!

After we recover from Cindy, we’ll hit some core, and then some grunt work with Dballs and core.

Finally, we’ll frustrate your Friday as we chase lacrosse balls all over the gym and into the parking lot with some bounce passes.
