Happy Birthday, Mark!
Hump Day starts with a different kind of squat…we’re using a counterbalance today to work chests up and butts down! We’ll spend quite a bit of time here.
Our press today is a med ball push press to a target – kind of like a non-squatting wall ball.
Our hip hinge is a traditional BB deadlift.
Our alternates today work the upper back and keep the hips warm.
Finally, we’ll cash out with some core and balance.
