You are entering a deload week. I’m sure you’re going to wrap your heads around that about as well as we do…it’s hard to deload, but it’s important to keep your training progressing in the right direction. Bodies need a break from heavy loads in order to adjust and recover properly. So this is a “deload” week. You’ll be encouraged to go lighter than you usually do.
After a team warm up, you’ll be very ready to hit our traditional four rounder, which will include:
- BB hang power cleans
- Burpees over above barbell
- single DB squats
- jump rope
Sounds like a good time!
