Today we start with our modified circuit of two movements – kettlebells and HTHO – just a little sprint to start your off.

The main event today…well, one of them, is 3 rounds for time of power cleans and pushups – choosing the hardest progression you can do for the pushups – let’s get stronger!

Next up, a repeater of a version of the Hero WOD D.T. Teaming up with a partner to complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of the complex. The caveat? 4 burpees at the top of each minute! 😬
