Check out Charmaine’s squat! After years of dealing with hip pain, she endured a total hip replacement and for the first time in a long time she’s squatting comfortably below parallel. This is amazing!

 

Today is Wednesday, and on Wednesdays, we get stronger. We squat, we press and we deadlift. Today’s squat is a higher repetition wall ball (ugh!).  Our press and deadlift are barbell (that’s better, right?).

We’ll spend the majority of the day on the primary lifts can cash out with some bodybuilding.
