Hump Day = Strength Day. Everyone’s favorite!

Our Squat today is a good old-fashioned back squat.

Our Press today is a little more spicey – a seated double dumbbell press. Alternate that with a double dumbbell bent-over row and it’s a coach’s dream!

Our hip hinge is a KB swing – at higher reps.

And we’ll cash out with a fun but uber challenging push-up drill.
