Private Training: Sometimes an athlete needs or desires training outside of a group. While we’re advocates of group training, private training has many benefits including additional one-on-one work with form, technique, skill, and strength. We do private training, long-term CrossFit On-ramping for those in need, and higher-level movement work for all ages in a one-on-one setting here at CrossFit Weaver Park.
Today’s workout starts with a fast-paced warm-up, before moving to our Monday four-rounder.
Our four-round Monday circuit includes some heavy KB DL’s, some lighter/higher rep swings, core and jump rope.
We’ll follow up with a longer EMOM that works on grip strength and moving faster.
And finally some core and banded work – solid Monday!
