Team workout in progress

If you showed up today you’re better for it! We have to condition our hearts and lungs the same as our muscles.  Today…we do conditioning!

We’ll start with a little added strength piece for overhead strength.

Next up, oh my…

We will do a burpee conditioning drill that will blow your socks off!  Enough said 😉

Next up, you have 4:00 to complete one round of four movements…and rest the remainder before you repeat it again 2 more times. Your movements are HKM, Flutter kicks, HTHO and a heavy DB move. Good luck!
