Today’s strength-biased training day is also Open prep for those intending to compete in the CrossFit Open. Strength is strength -it’s king!

We’ll start with higher rep barbell thrusters and burpees (crazy hard combination). Then a barbell complex to practice cycling the barbell. And finally double dumbbell DL’s.

We’ll cash out with a nice little cool down…and BOOM, you’re stronger!
