HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY A – ON THURSDAY!

 

 

Wednesdays are strength days.

 

You will have a barbell in your hand most of the day – what a glorious day!

We’ll start with a BS/FS combo for our squat. Work into a clean and jerk – for the overhead.  And finally back to a BB DL for the hinge. Remember, you’ve recently done a heavy set of 2. Your by fives today should be greater in load than your heavy twos!

We’ll finish up with some EMOM core/strength combos.
