Fat doesn’t weigh more than muscle, but it does take up more space. That’s why when you gain some muscle and lose some fat, the scale may not change much but you look leaner and your clothes fit differently.
Let’s get to it.
After a light DB warm-up, we move into our strength work.
Starting with a descending rep scheme of BB Thrusters. Loads increase across the sets.
We’ll change up the press a bit and work a double DB seated press for our overhead today.
And finally, our DB is a good ol’ traditional barbell DL.
We’ll add a little spice to our day with some wall balls before we cash out – and then some balance. “Rounding out” hump day! 😂
