It’s OCTOBER! Fall!  Halloween!  Thanksgiving!! Cooler temps? Geesh, we hope so!

Bringing you up October training, hoping for lower humidity…here we go!

We start with a PVC warm-up focused on positioning in the clean and the deadlift.

Monday is our Four Rounder day. Today we see Landmine squats, planks, DBall slams, and jumping pull-ups. It’s definitely a stimulating day!

Next up, you’d think it was Friday:

Double Tabata – of walking lunges and high knee march.

Finally, some core, and some LAX ball work.
