Fri-Yay! Well, we made it!

Today we work on a Barbell Complex as a team of 2. You’ve seen this before -it’s reminiscent of the Hero WOD “D.T.”.

Next up – we’ll hit some core – planking helps with your push-ups and vice versa – so do them!

We’re bringing the DBalls out again – so you know the next part will be fun, and hard, and fun! Haha!  Oh, and did we mention burpees? 😈

Finally, some bodybuilding to round out the day.
