This is the Gunsmoke Crew. They're working on push-ups (changing it up / we hate knee push-ups). But moreover, we're on the floor. Because they can "get up", they're practicing working toward ongoing independence and durability.

Hump Day brings us strength day!

Today we will see the barbell on most of our movements – the squat and the deadlift. But we’re throwing a monkey wrench at you in the press – you’ll love it  – or love to hate it.

Next some pulling drills – a higher volume here than in the past.

And finally some balance – haven’t seen this yet this week.
