Happy Birthday (tomorrow) to John Sr. and E.T.!  Both turning…I mean feeling…a spry 21 years old! 

Today we see some old favorites: rope-a-dope and dumbbells! So let’s get to it.

After a 5 minute warm-up, we’ll start our Monday four-rounder, except, it’s only 3 rounds today. Don’t get used to it: We’ll see wall ball thrusters, sit-ups, KB swings, and some jumping here.

Next, we have a 6 min drill where you can push yourself a little more with some load on the hang power clean (oh yea, there might be a squat in there too).

Finally, a team/partner drill.
