Wednesdays are our strength days.
After a simple warm-up for mobility, we start with squats. Box Squats…opportunity to work depth and mobility with a load.
We always see a press – today it’s both strict and push press.
We’ll see some half kneels and challenging alternate movements in our strength today.
Finally – of course, we deadlift.
We’ll finish up with a longer set of plyometrics or opportunity for supported dynamic “bouncing/rebounding” and core work.
You leave stronger – or ready to be stronger. Eat well, sleep well, recover well…and you will be stronger!
