We love today’s warm-up. If you can’t break a sweat with a PVC pipe then you’re doing it wrong! haha! Simple movements – deadliftts, power cleans, push presses and front squat. With a little ol’ PVC pipe (insert devilish laugh here!).
Monday we always start with our four-rounder…
- DB strict press with a twist: in a long sit! A bit harder.
- single KB suitcase deadlifts
- NEW: subbing out ring rows for body rows
- wall balls (we know….but they’re good for you!)
Next up, a little increase in the heart rate with some Tabata work.
Followed by, and closing out the day with a speed round of balance and banded pull aparts.
