Today is Friday – “heart in your throat, Friday”…the day we all kind of dread because it’s a little higher intensity, which is simply harder.

We’ll start with deadlifts today as a primary strength WOD.

Next up, keeping those barbells out, a nice teamed barbell complex – haven’t seen this in a while.

Rest a little to recover from that and then a favorite of all favorites…Tabata Burpees (don’t “not come” because you know this now :)!)

Finally, some accessory work to round out a packed Friday.
