Wednesday’s are for strength. Get stronger. More durable. More able to help yourself and others.
Today we’ll start with KB Goblet Squats. Higher reps – more challenging! Some core work will fill your gaps in between.
Next up: a press/push press combo that will make you want to start light – “skill” with the barbell? – yes, it’s a thing!
Finally, a BB Romanian DL with some lunging in between.
Now, let’s gets the heart rate up a little with a timed EMOM of flutter kicks and push up positioning/planks.
