Hump Day and oh boy! We’ve never worked on front rack mobility – specifically. Working ON your front rack by holding the bar in the front rack position is work itself. But today we’re going to work on wrist and finger mobility.

It’s our strength day so we’ll start with a heavy BB in the front rack position in a 1/4 squat – focusing on positioning. In between, we’ll do some specific drills to enhance it.  Use it or lose it, they say.

Barbell press, push press and DL will all be up next – bang, bang, bang, right in a row.

We’ll finish up with a 10 min EMOM (that’s long for us!) of pushup and DBall Slams.
