Hump day. Strength Day.
Barbell front squats from the rack begin our Wednesday strength. We’ll see increasing loads with decreasing reps. Yes, you will be confused 😉
Then a single DB hang power clean and jerks and double KB suitcase DL’s. Fun alternates in between.
Now, with the temps lowered a bit, we’re doing to see if we can manage a little more intensity without fans…if you feel like you’re overheating, rest! This will be work/rest for 4 rounds over 3 stations. We’ll see DBall holds, WB slams (let’s see if the new wall holds up) and a core exercise.
