Landmine Monday! You’re going to learn to love these. They’re so versatile, and they bring out our side-to-side imbalances.  So we start with landmines in our 4 round Monday – followed by L-Sits – make the progressions harder, heavy KB DLs, and good old-fashioned planks.

Next up, some Annie practice – jump ropes and sit-ups at a high intensity

Then, we spend some time bodybuilding, finishing up with balance.
