We’re announcing a tentative date for our first Nutrition Primer! Thursday, July 23rd at 4pm we’ll begin with the basics. If you’re going to train with us, we also want you to be as smart with your diet as you are with your training. This will be ground zero: no fads – just foundations!

End of a solid week of training with some fun stuff today.
We’ll start with Bench Press – no alternate movement so spotters are active.
Our metcon is longer today – and includes a set rep scheme so the faster you work through it the harder it will be. Get ready to wrangle some kettlebells with some situps.
Afterward, we’ll “rest” during some core, then it hit again with a heavier piece, team-style relay – of a DB complex.
