Happy Friday!
Today we get those heart rates up a little bit – and work some great gymnastics strength with pushups.
We’ll start with a BB DL 5×5 – our new Friday strength.
After, you’ll do 40 pushups! Yes, 40. Set out in an EMOM – set the difficulty so that you can do them all with good form.
Next up: your meat and potatoes: A team workout of BB power cleans, front squats, and burpees. Sounds like OZ!!!
Finishing off with some bodybuilding and some agility.
