Today we warm up with bodyweight movements so we can go right into strength:

You’ll see a single KB waiter squat, a good old BB strict press (haven’t seen a strict press in a while!), and a heavy low rep BB deadlift. Great strength day. You can expect some accessory work in between. We’ll end with a 10 min EMOM of burpees and med ball slams.

We love it when it sounds simple but we’ll end feeling like we worked super hard!
