This Monday we’ll start out with more of those single-legged deadlifts for balancing the left and right. Expect to keep seeing them!

Our four-rounder today includes some emphasis on virtuosity with wall balls, clean and jerks, jump rope and those darn L-Sits!

This will be annoying but interesting: a 6 minute high knee march EMOM with a bar in a challenging position each minute.

Next up, planks for core strength and stability.
