On this Hump Day, also Melinda’s birthday (we miss you Melinda!), we are getting stronger!

KB Goblet squats start off our day. If you need a coach to hand up the KB so you can go heavier…let’s do it!

Next up – ugh! The hardest if you ask us: double DB pressing. It’s an excellent exercise. Coach Glassman always said we need more dumbbell work…so here it is. You’ll be both strict pressing and push pressing these dumbbells today.

Then, good old deadlifts – hinge or conventional – you choose.

Finally, a little metcon with a partner and a wallball – I’m sure you can guess what movements we’ll be doing – one, two or all of them! (thing: all of them!)

You’ll leave here today a little stronger than yesterday.
