Barbell Front Squats kick off our day. Barbell Strict Press is up next – alternating with Ring Rows…so let’s work those rings down and get closer to parallel to the floor, OK?  OK! Barbell Sumo DL is next. What a great strength set!

Can’t end Wednesday without getting your heart rates up so we’ll do some KB swings in an EMOM…followed by some rig knee-ups working those active shoulders from last week’s practice.
