Our 4 rounds today will take some brain work as well as brawn! You’ll have a plank, DB complex, some jump rope, and a crazy DL challenge (you have to do the math 😳).
We have a few partner drills for you today involving a medicine ball. Some additional core and a 1-mile run…just kidding…but a lot of hip flexion action going on!
