It’s finally here….BENCH PRESS IS BACK! We have kept this on hold while we dealt with COVID concerns. In saying that, if anyone has concerns today sharing benches or with the spotter, we’ll put you in a floor press position so you can remain socially distanced. Otherwise, please be courteous of the spotting position as it is a bit “in your face”.  Partner with people you’re comfortable with.

So, we will bench press!

Next up, an EMOM of power cleans – an opportunity to get some intensity with reps and load.

This will be new to ALL OF YOU! We’ll begin working shoulder taps. This is a strength move in gymnastics. We promise you’ll like it!
