Hump Day has us Box Squatting today! Remember the Box Squat? We are more posterior chain dominant here than quad-dominant – we like it when we work our butts!  We’ll spend our first segment Box Squatting.

After that, our pressing movement for the day will be a seated DB Press. In the seated position there maybe be more emphasis ON the shoulders and less on the core, making it a more effective exercise for shoulder strength. Alternating this with some “face pulls”, we have a perfect push-pull.

Next up – a little intensity and more posterior chain with some kettlebell swings.

Finally, a little plyometric and core drill to finish up the day.
