Your training this week is as challenging as you want to make it!

Typical Monday 4 rounder,  with some spice to it.  A DB complex starts you off, into some flutter kicks – and today we’re going to start moving everyone into harder progressions!   Wall balls and planks round out our third and fourth movements.

Next up an EMOM that will tax your single-leg strength.

Finally, a new tricep exercise in our accessory work to end the day.
