While you may be thinking: “I’ll never remember everything that’s said…”, and that might be true, repetition is the key to progress in our sport, inclusive of repetition of hearing tips, techniques, priorities, etc.

Our hump day training today is, as always, geared to make us stronger.

Barbell clusters (clean + thruster), strict presses, and deadlifts dominate our training today. The only high-intensity work you’ll get will be in the end with a little lunging and high knee march.
