Happy Birthday (on Sunday), Charlotte!

It has been about two months since we began our cycle of back squats every Friday. How do you feel? More proficient? Stronger? We’ll talk about that today!

So, we are obviously starting with a 3×5 of back squats from the racks today. See if you can push your loads up a little.

Remember, expect to breathe hard on Fridays….so here comes a little 7-minute AMRAP – solo! not as a team – of barbell power cleans and sit-ups.  We’ll let your heart rates come down through a core circuit, and then…AND THEN! Get ready for a new one: you’ll have to show up to try it!
