The last week of March brings us closer to the warmer months. One way to acclimate to the impending heat is to be consistent in your training, stay hydrated, and push yourself a little bit while it’s still cool.

After a brisk warm-up, we’ll start this week with our normal 4 rounds of bodyweight biased work including step-ups, pushups, and jump rope with a little load in there.

Next up we have a partner drill accumulating a long duration of moving planks.

We’ll top out with a team barbell complex with some pausing cleans to emphasize key positions.

Finally, balance will round us out for the day.

Remember: fitness is not exclusive of any one lifestyle factor: our diet, our sleep, our training, our socialization, and our sense of purpose all contribute to a high level of “fitness”. Make sure you prioritize each of these this week!
