Today is our conditioning day but in our current cycle, we’re back squatting at the beginning of the class.

We’ll fire off some quick planks before getting to our meat of the day: a 2 man team workout, like last week, working through four, three-minute windows.  Today you’ll split the work with a teammate, ensuring a little rest in there.

We’ll work some accessory work for mobility, and cap off with some hip mobility work.

Remember: 11 of your fellow athletes are competing in the CrossFit Open tomorrow! Judging will begin around noon.  Please come and support them if you can.
