On the heels of the Open this weekend, we’re back at it.

Today’s a typical Monday with a great selection of movements: box steps ups, change power cleans, a boxing-inspired mobility drill for hips mobility and speed, and some ….wall balls😬. The normal four rounds are going to take a little longer today.

Afterward, we’ll work through a conditioning piece of KB swings to eye level and a mobility move.

Our core work for today will combine three different movements with 30-second intervals of work.

And finally, a team drill for hand-eye coordination we haven’t done in a while.
