This Hump Day brings us a Goblet Squat as our primary lower body movement for the day. We’ll alternate that with some core work before moving on to a new skill.
The new skill today will involve learning to rebound a push press for higher repetitions and moving athletically. For those who have shoulder issues, we can easily add a single dumbbell to keep the stimulus the same. We’ll alternate this movement with some rig work.
The final strength move today will be an odd object deadlift.
Our conditioning work today will alternate a lunge step with some high knee marching, capping the day off with balance work.
Remember, nothing worthwhile is always easy – dig in today, athletes!
