Today we wish a Happy Birthday to Dean!
Monday we begin our training with another “four-rounder” that includes a higher volume or pushups, single-sided DB thrusters, and two tough core movements.
We move into a longer, lightweight barbell complex of deadlifts, power cleans, and push presses.
And we end with some accessory work.
This week we prime our 11 Legends Open participants for their competition on Saturday. If you have the day free, we’ll begin their judging around noon. Open judging will begin at 10:15 for the younger crowd so feel free to bring a lawn chair and a cooler and hang out!
