Ending the month of January with a solid Monday. What a great day to show off our Cleans!
We started with a 4 minute PVC “D.T.” barbell complex as the warm up.
Then our typical starter for Monday included some heavy core work, traditional sit ups, and variations, double DB power and squat cleans, and hip flexor work.
We transitioned into the meat of the workout with a 3 round barbell complex of deadlifts and hang power cleans, working on time under tension and grip strength as a solid add on benefit of the complex.
Finally, a little conditioning and some balance.
