THIS WEEK’S PROGRAMMING

Bevvie (82) (or is it 83?😬) working on her squat depth and load. She's got a good squat but today she was skating parallel...so we kept her load at 65# ish and drilled the bottom of the squat. It IS possible, but the coaches must be kind and diligent (go Trish) and the athletes must be coachable (good job Bev). This makes our world right on all fronts.

Each week we post a new chalkboard in our nutrition area that gives us “something to think about” or maybe some solid direction for the week. We’ve been doing it for…..19 weeks! We thought it might be fun to push out that chalkboard here, and give a summary of what was behind it. This wasn’t particularly “just” about nutrition, but it could be. Have a listen – about 6′.
