WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK

MONDAY

Our four rounder will see:

  • high rep WBs
  • planks
  • walking lunges
  • bear crawls

Then in teams we’ll tackle a longer effort of single DB HPC&J and box steps ups.

 

WEDNESDAY

An atypical Wednesday will see 5 Rds of DB FS and BB PC’s.

Then several rounds of KB swings and sit ups.

A shorter Wednesday in prep for a bullish Friday.

FRIDAY

After a strength set of BB PC’s, we’ll tackle the 25.2 Age Group Semifinal Workout consisting of high calorie row and moderate rep shoulder to overhead in teams.
