
Above: The straightest path is always the easiest, but sometimes the most boring. Yet still, it gets us to our goal quicker. The scenic route, while more often…well, “scenic”, takes longer and can be riddled with landslides, road blocks and extra time. Choose your route wisely, especially as it relates to health!

FRIDAY
A Monday like circuit to start: floor press, wall planks and situps.
Then we’ll tackle the CF Open workout 19.1 with rowing and wall balls…in teams of 2 for max reps.
