If you want pull ups and can’t get your chin this far over the bar, you’re missing a crucial element in the depth of pull. Trish has great strict pull ups – and we won’t tell you her age because, well, you know…seniors should scale. Bull Spit! Fundamentals in training (if you stick with it -keep it entertaining) always yield the best foundational and critical basis for doing any other pulling. Fundamentals first. Suck it up – they’re more fun the better you get at them!

Then, in teams of 2, a familiar BB drill working on our Olympic lifts

 

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be a full clean  a squat clean), our overhead will be done with DB’s again this week, and we’re back to our BB deads!

FRIDAY

TEST DAY! All of you who no show without a legit excuse will be subject to hazing!😂
