WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK

 

MONDAY

Our 4-rounder is back to four exercises this week:

  • new movement: seated power clean
  • bear crawl
  • broad jump
  • jump rope

Then, we’ll revisit the “Pizza Game”. Round 2!

WEDNESDAY

Traditional squat and push press for our strength, with a KB for the hinge today.

FRIDAY

We’ll start out with the missing DL for the week, and then work through a longer CrossFit Open workout in teams of two – you’ll see rowing, deadlifts and jump rope. Super fun! (and Super long!)
