WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK

 

MONDAY

Our 4-round Monday will see a 2:00 row for meters, a new movement (can’t even label it yet!) and a DB HPC & J/PP.

Then, we’ll finish with a heavy carry drill.

 

WEDNESDAY

Traditional squat and deadlift kinda day, but subbing the overhead priority with a clean and jerk again.

 

FRIDAY

We’ll start out working on our front rack and front rack holds. Then in teams of 2, a bit of a sprint – relay style with PCs, burpees and a vertical jump. Should be interesting…and fun!
