WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
MONDAY
Our 4-round Monday is back to what we’re used to seeing. We’ll work through rope ascents, broad jumps, planks and split or Bulgarian split squats. Then with a partner we’ll work on our Olympic barbell skills.
TUESDAY: REMINDER: 5:30PM CLASS MEETS TONIGHT VS. WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
WEDNESDAY
Higher reps today with our strength – combining the back and front squats, the strict and push press, and then some accessory work for the win!
Gym closes at 1pm for the holiday.

FRIDAY
It’s called the Turkey Row…versus the Turkey Trot…get it?
With a partner (or two in some cases) you’ll choose a distance and a strategy – how many meters in the time we give you, and then we’ll start together to accomplish our goals. You’ll work/rest for the entire class. We feel better after the holiday food with more cardio generally – so here you go!
